Goals and interests

Career goal

Along with serving my country as an Army officer, I also wish to seek a career as a mechanical engineer on the civilian side. My grandfather introduced me to engineering at a young age, and I very much look forward to expanding my education during my time in college and using my understanding of mechanical systems and machines to help better the world around me.

Outside the classroom

In my free time, I enjoy being in the outdoors a lot, participating in activities such as fishing with my friends or family, going hiking in the mountains, skiing in the winter, going camping or hunting in the woods, and various other activities. Along with these, I enjoy playing sports such as baseball, which I have enjoyed virtually since I could walk, as well as clay shooting, which I participate in within my free time and did as a sport while I was in middle school.
