About
As a graduate student at California State University, Long Beach in the department of Kinesiology, I am extremely proud of the path I've taken and the future ahead of me. As the first one in my family to obtain a graduate degree, my goals are to inspire and guide upcoming athletes with exciting developmental strategies in their strength and conditioning programs as they strive to reach their individual potentials. My view on education is one of continuous development just like it is with fitness. In my experience, one has never really reached the summit, but rather gained new perspective from attaining new heights. Every day spent learning and educating is a day well invested in oneself and those around you.
