About
I am a purpose-driven leader focused on structured collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and adaptive leadership. With a history of working in the Administration Fields, Banking/Mortgage Financial Investments, and the Retail Industry, and volunteering with nonprofit organizations. On indigenous-focused projects and under short-term, assignment-based contracts, I bring a unique ability to quickly integrate into diverse environments, assess needs, and support meaningful outcomes. I am seeking a permanent position within a business, company, or organization.
Often step into roles that collaborate with my background, skills, and education. I prioritize relationship-building, emotional intelligence, cognitive thinking, decision-making, and structured, clear communication. I understand the importance of creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals and teams can thrive mentally, emotionally, and professionally. My leadership style thrives on adversity, embraces change, and focuses on behavioral studies and on the teach/learn development skills trait within our control to influence.
Throughout each assignment, I commit to earning trust through actions. Whether supervising, supporting, or training skills.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I believe leadership is not about authority, but about influence, mutual respect, and shared progress ethics, communication, structure, respect, dignity, morals, accountability, strength, and skills. I value constructive feedback and use it to enhance both personal growth and team development.
Leadership, to me, is a continuous transition from managing tasks to empowering people. My work reflects a deep respect for cultural perspectives, especially in dedication to supporting others through clarity, confidence, and authentic collaboration leadership. I developed components to achieve Leadership roles in management. My career goal is to join an organization that understands, respects, and values integrity, fairness, and growth, and that welcomes cultural differences.- Graduate school interests

During and after graduation, I would like the opportunity to work in a nonprofit organization and to start my own Nonprofitfit Community Organization. Helping the community would be a great way to assist everyone's needs. Whether housing, education, mentoring, guidance, food, clothing, recreation, for all ages.
