About

Gail Anderson, an author and entrepreneur, hails from Kansas City, Missouri. Following her graduation from South East High School, Gail participated in post-secondary nursing and Business Management educational programming. Currently, Gail is a senior pursuing a Field Major in Women’s Studies with a Minor in Ethnic Studies at Wichita State University where she is also set to serve as a peer mentor with the university’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion. In that role, she will assist transfer and incoming freshmen students in their transition to campus life.

Beyond her studies, Gail is the owner and operator of Queen of Cakez, a custom-cake business that she started in 2009 and is a fervent writer. Gail is re-releasing her first novel, “Effective Immediately” in the summer of 2015 and is looking forward to embarking upon a book signing tour.
