I very much enjoying cooking, as I was a Food Service Specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard for four years. I love try new recipes I find online, in books, and from family and friends. Not to mention, I hold a passion for creating my own. I especially adore baking. Furthermore, I have an immense appreciation for books.
