About
Mr. Unluoglu is a young engineer with background in railroad and geotechnical engineering. He has been involved in the geotechnical aspects of transportation, water, and power projects as a geotechnical engineer. His experience covers the analysis, design, and construction of retaining walls, building structures, embankment fills, earth dams, railroad track-beds, slope and excavation stability, laboratory investigations, preparation of geotechnical reports, project specifications, and cost estimates.
