About

I retired from the Air Force after twenty years of service. I am very fortunate to have the Post 9/11 GI Bill which allowed me to complete my Bachelors degree in one year. I decided that I wanted to give back to past and future Veterans by completing my Masters degree in Public Administration and working in some format with Veteran Affairs. I applied for a job with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in November and was hired as a State Assistant Service Officer. I am a liaison between the veteran who is applying for disability claim and the Veterans Affairs Regional Office. I love my job and I am excited about how my degree path will assist me in my future endeavors in the VFW State Regional office.
