About

I graduated from DeVry University with an Associates Degree in 2011 and found work immediately after graduating in the Intra-operative Neuromonitoring Field. I have worked as a Surgical Neurophysiologist since then. Surgical Neurophysiologists work to help protect neurologic function during surgical cases where they could potentially be compromised- such as spine, brain, cardiovhalascular, and some plastics cases. Unfortunately, the lifestyle in this field is extremely tasking, with long hours and on-call days. After research and consideration, I decided to go back to school- while continuing to work full time- to work towards a B.S. in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. I am currently about half way through the program and proud of my success thus far.
