About
I come from a town about an hour south of Houston, TX called Jones Creek. I am currently at Blinn College in Brenham, TX working to get my basics done before transferring to a University. Growing up I had two loves. Those were video games, and music. Video games always have, and always will be my escape from whatever troubles me. Music is something that keeps me going and gives me a way to connect to others in the world. I believe that music is truly the greatest of the arts and a universal language. Everyday I try to find something new to learn about, even if it's minuscule. I've always been a person to put others before myself and am willing to jump into a leadership position if needed.

Honors and awards
-
john philip sousa award
Is an award to honor musicians who go above and beyond as a musician and a leader in bands.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
A goal of mine as a musician is to always keep performing and teach others the wonders of music. Being a band director might not be the best job, but it's a job I would be excited about. To have a band of my own that I could maybe call a family would be an honor.
- Graduate school interests
Grad school sounds interesting, but I won't know for sure if it's for me until I give it a shot.
- Outside the classroom
I really enjoy videos games! Playing my instrument or listening to music are always a great pass time. I also enjoy a nice workout every now and then.
