About
Hello, my name is Jalinie (July-ney) Barnard and I am from East TN. I completed my undergraduate career at Carson Newman University as a Magna Cum Laude student in Music Education. From there I got a job as a Teacher's Assistant working with Special Education students as well as band and choir students. The next year, I took an Elementary General Music Teacher position which is where I am today. I am also a Piano Instructor to students ages seven to twenty. I am seeking to earn a scholarship in order to continue my Masters of Music Education at the University of Florida. My ultimate goal is to give back to the community and raise awareness for music education.
