About
My name is James Brighton. I was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana and attended Indiana University Bloomington for three years before moving to the greater Los Angeles area to pursue other career interests. I've been enrolled with Indiana University East for the last two years to complete my Bachelors of Arts. My interests and engagements are vast - I'm an aspiring actor, writer, and student of the human experience.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am an actor pursuing a career in film and television. I have lived in Los Angeles for five years and have been competitive in the film/TV market for four years. Additionally, my engagements include modeling work, writing, and intensive private coaching - to further develop my skills as an actor and individual.
- Graduate school interests
Presently, I am focused on continuing my career as an actor and completing my Bachelors of Arts. However, I am potentially interested in applying to MFA programs for creative writing, or applying to law school.
- Outside the classroom
I live an active and healthy lifestyle. In addition to the ongoing development of my acting abilities, I write, cook, exercise, hike, camp, play music, and travel as much as possible.
