About
As a former foster youth, I am deeply committed to advocating for marginalized communities, particularly justice-involved individuals, the homeless, and those facing health disparities. In my role as a Community Outreach Specialist for the Valley Homeless Healthcare Program within the County's hospital system, I work to ensure that underserved populations have access to essential healthcare services. I also serve on the Public Safety and Justice Board in Santa Clara County, where I advocate for equitable policies that prioritize rehabilitation over punishment. Balancing full-time work, school, and volunteer service, I am dedicated to making a lasting impact by addressing systemic barriers and creating opportunities for those who need them most.

- Career goal
I intend on working with marginalized populations including those experiencing homelessness and formerly justice involved.
- Graduate school interests
My primary interest in grad school is to pursue a master's degree in social work, with a focus on public health and social welfare. I am passionate about advocating for vulnerable populations, especially those involved in the justice system, experiencing homelessness, or facing health disparities. My goal is to deepen my knowledge of policy reform and social justice, equipping myself to drive systemic change and improve access to resources for marginalized communities. Through graduate studies, I aim to develop the expertise necessary to work as a medical social worker, particularly in-custody, and contribute to fostering equity in healthcare and social services
