Jermani Stewart

Third-year business administration student, future human resources manager. My passion for helping people and their organizations has lead me to pursue management. Employees are the engine of businesses and it's vital that they create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to building success.

The most important lessons I have learned during my education is business will not succeed in negative workplace culture. With my years of customer service experience, I have always understood my personal skills are just as important in a system than those above me. My education in management has taught me how to cultivate a workspace that is positive, efficient, and talented.

This year I have mastered Leadership Development, Communication, and Innovative Technology. Next year, I will further my education by completing a management internship where I will apply my skills and exercise management first-hand under achieved professionals.
