About

Being a product of the South side of Chicago, I have witnessed violence and poverty and I knew that education would be the only way to make it out. Despite growing up in a violent environment, I was raised surrounded by numerous successful business figures. I fell in love with Real Estate when I witnessed my aunt sell her first home. Now a freshman at Northern Illinois University, I am now pursing a career in Real Estate by studying Business Marketing. I have been so blessed and humbled to have been given an opportunity to continue my academic career at Northern thanks to the CHANCE Program. This organization has allowed me to have better access to the university teaching how to network and take advantage of my resources.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My overall goal is to finish college earning my B.A, Bachelors in Arts to pursue my dream job as a Realtor. However, to earn this degree, I would have to continue to excel in my academics and involve myself in extracurricular activities at Northern. After earning my Bachelors, I plan on pursing my Masters in Business as well to be certified to own my own businesses in the future.
