Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am currently torn between following a career in political science or in english. If I were to go with political science, I would love to make difference in the latino community and help my people out, while also bridging the gap and unifying the different groups into one voice demanding to be heard. Moreover, I would love to also help out all those people coming to the U.S. chasing the American Dream and working hard but whose only crime was not coming here legally. If I were to follow my passion for English, I would love working in book publishing, as reading is a favorite pastime of mine and eventually get myself published with some of the original stories I have in my mind.
- Graduate school interests
I am not sure yet where I want to go to grad school as of yet.
- Outside the classroom
• I am avid movie-goer and one of my favorite past times is to read; with the last book I read was called The Dead Hand: The Untold Story of the Cold War Arms Race and its Dangerous Legacy by David E. Hoffman. When it comes to history, I can "geek" out over all things World War II and the Cold War.
• I may not be the world's best dancer, but it's an activity we sometimes do as sibling bonding if you will.• I publish some of my original stories through various sites like archive of our own, wikia, fanfiction.net and fictionpress.com are some of the examples
