About
I am currently a Lake Superior College student pursuing an associate’s degree in accounting and finance. I plan on transferring to the University of Wisconsin Superior to complete my 4 year degree in those fields. I might consider transferring to one of the seven Minnesota State Colleges. Graduate school I might pursue through an online program at some point in the future.
I try to focus on one semester at a time. My goal is to make the Deans’ list for spring semester and complete my freshman year at Lake Superior College. I have a summer job as a camp counselor at Red Arrow Camp in Woodruff, WI. Summer of 2022 will be my second year at the camp. In the fall I will be back at LSC for my sophomore year. In the winter I am a hockey official for USA Hockey. These are my tentative plans for the next 2 years.
I was raised in Duluth, Minnesota my whole life. It is a great town to grow up in. Nature is only minutes away and of course you have the beauty and magnificence of Lake Superior. I spent most of my youth outside. During the winter I was snowboarding at one of the three ski hills in town or playing outdoor hockey at one of the 7 professionally maintained rinks in town. My summers were just as busy with baseball, hiking, mountain biking, and all the lake activities available in the area.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on taking over my families bar and restaurant business from my father and uncle. I feel that operating the budgets for the business would be a big help to them. The business is in a very popular vacation destination in Wisconsin on a lake. Summer season (April-September) is the busy season. The family business will be part time and working as a CPA will be full time for the first 5-10 years.

Summer Camp Counselor
Red Arrow Camp Woodruff, Wisconsin | June 2021 - August 2021. Supervised a cabin of 8-10 year old boys for 7 weeks during the summer of 2021. Taught hockey, riflery, trap shooting, weight training, basketball, baseball, camping, and canoeing trips. Conducted weekly evaluations of my group of campers. Documentation of personal growth and personal setbacks of each kid was shared with parents in weekly correspondence.
