Quality improvement and thought leader. Employed at federally qualified health center for 21 years, the last 13 years in management positions. Decided to earn credentials and started bachelor's program in healthcare administration in Feb 2022. With hard work and dedication, while working a fukll time, demanding job, I finished summa cum laude with GPA 3.9 in just 16 months. I believe in continuous improvement and lifelong learning. I began the graduate program immediately following conferral of my bachelor's degree.
