About
I am currently completing my first year of my Doctorate of Education, EdD, in Higher Education Administration at University of Southern Mississippi. I am in administration in a higher education institution, which has exceeded all of my original expectations for my professional life. I strive daily to be an instrumental individual in my institution who can listen and observe, act effectively as a supervisor, make decisions, and give valid input from both my educational and personal experience. I truly believe it takes more than individual that delegates and directs, so I do my best to balance all of these vital aspects in forming myself as a leader and producing the best outcomes for my institution. Along with my professional career, I'm also a wife, mother of five, and a youth wrestling coach.
