Goals and interests
- Career goal
My career goal is to work for a company as a sensory food scientist. I will combine my technical background in food science with my strong interpersonal skills to conduct sensory evaluations as to improve the quality of a variety of products. In the process, I would like to find more sustainable variations in product processing and encourage the implementation of more sustainable variations as to contribute to the efforts of achieving global food security.

Potentially attending Graduate School to obtain my Masters Degree in Food Science, with a focus on sensory analysis.
- Outside the classroom
Discipling (being a spiritual mentor of) women, flower planting, hiking, photography, involvement in my Church, swimming, and other outdoor activities.
