Kayla Goins

My name is Kayla Ann Goins, I am 20 years old and currently living in Georgia. I graduated from Emanuel County High School the year of 2012. I only resigned as a student for this school my sophomore and senior year, for my freshman and junior year of high school I was enrolled at a school in Nashville, TN which is where I am originally from. I came to Georgia to visit my grandparents the summer before my sophomore year of high school and decided I wanted to stay because I really enjoyed the environment and my surroundings, then I could not make up my mind where I wanted to be, so I was back and fourth a little while, but once it was time to start my future with college I think I finally made my mind up and that was to be a residence of Georgia. Which now I am currently an enrolled student at East Georgia State College located in Statesboro, Georgia. I am working towards my Associates Degree in Sociology and Psychology where I planned to be finished the Spring semester of 2015-2016. Once I graduate from EGSC, I plan on furthering my education onto Georgia Southern University to receive my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice then once I have finally accomplished receiving both of my degrees I plan on becoming a Paralegal or maybe even a lawyer.
I am not a sports team member nor am I involved with any type of clubs because during my full schedule of classes, usually taking anywhere from 12-16 hours worth of classes a semester, I am also a full-time worker just so I can manage to pay all of my expenses. During my spare time, if I am granted any, I love to enjoy outside scenery by maybe taking a walk, work on a craft of some sort, draw some of my outside views, or even read a book. I love to be located within a peaceful environment when I am granted the time to do these things like a park of some sort or even outside somewhere that is quiet. I have always been interested in new adventures of any kind and sort because I feel as if you don't explore new things then you will never know and it is always good to know everything possible that you can. One of my main mind sets for life is that; you never know what may be thrown down your path during life just to cause a bend in the road so you should always be prepared for anything. This can sometimes cause me to get ahead of myself with some situations, but nothing I never couldn't ever work myself through. I am more of a independent person who is not involved with very many individuals because I feel as if my goals for life and future are more important than worrying about other unnecessary events that may be going on. My life right now is only based upon working towards my future and what I want my outcome to be in the end.
