I am a data science major looking forward to a December graduation! I transferred to UHD in spring 2024, and I received an Associate of Arts in December 2024 from Lone Star College. Not only that, but I was recently selected for the Premiere College Internship Program with Air Force Civilian Services, and I accepted a job offer at Wright-Patterson Air Base for the summer 2025 cohort. Unfortunately, due to the civilian hiring freeze, that internship was pulled. This is a second career for me; before I returned to college full-time, I was a registered dental assistant for over 20 years. I am very excited to start my career in a place where I can blend my years of experience in customer service in a dental office with my education in analytics. I love to travel and learn about new places and cultures. I have 3 spoiled rescue cats. My favorite things are my family and friends, camping, hiking, music, and photography.
