With my Ed.D. I have the ability to demonstrate potential for, leading teams to achieve high quality results.
The intended plan for my job path is to work effectively with staff at all levels.
My plan is to evaluate methods and negotiate in an environment to lead change toward's the organization's mission and vision, for a common goal to produce high quality results.
The path I desire will give me the ability to build alliances to partner with integrity.- Graduate school interests
My interests in grad school prepared me to be an effective and influential leader through the motivation of mastery of competencies of Oral, Written, and Interpersonal Skills.
The impact of the Ed.D. program provided me to become better equipped as a researcher and decision maker.
Also, with the emphasis on public policy and leadership to enhance my professional development created my global mindset.
As a result, I enjoyed the innovation of technology and the global education domestic and abroad.- Outside the classroom
