Goals and interests
- Career goal
I aspire to be a medical examiner with a major in pathology and either a minor or major in chemistry.
- Graduate school interests
As of right now, I am on track to graduate in May with my associate of arts and then my high school diploma in June. I have also been accepted in to the University of Nevada, Reno. I will then finish up my bachelors and go from there.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include hanging out with my friends and family and helping others. With my friends, we enjoy going to the lake, watching movies, and making the most of the time we have before we go our separate way for college. My family and I love to go floating on the river, glamping, and travelling to new and old places. I love to help others and always find situations in which I can be of assistance, whether I was looking or not. For example, I volunteer three Sundays and then the previous Wednesdays to my church's media team. I was not looking for a job since I had already been helping two Sundays with the children's department. My friend had needed a ride and after taking her and watching what she did I soon became her new recruit. Although I had to step back to one Sunday with the kids, I was more than happy to fill a position that was able to relieve stress from a one woman show. Between family, friends, my volunteering, and school, I don't have much time for lots of other activities other than maybe a late night movie, but I would not trade the experiences and learning opportunities for anything.
