About
I am a bio-chemistry major, intending to follow the pre-medical path. I traveled from Oklahoma, where I was born, to Arizona for the purposes of attending undergrad and medical school at UA. My fiance is an RN at Banner Hospital, and I have 2 rescue dogs that I love with all my heart. I enjoy spending my free time reading and baking.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intent to pursue a career in medicine. I am particularly interested in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Otorhinolaryngology. I have asperations of attending medical school at the University of Arizona.
- Graduate school interests
I am aspiring to place into a preferred MD medical program.
- Outside the classroom
I have quite a few hobbies to keep me busy. I enjoy working with my hands, and was taught sewing and kitting at a young age, so I often times have knitting needles with me wherever I go. I also really enjoy building and tinkering with electronics, reading, biking, and spending time playing with my dogs.
I am a first dan (black belt) in Taekwondo. I was an instructor for 3 years, participated for 8. I won 2 national (Dragon Kim's National) and 1 international tournament (Fort Worth International) as well as many smaller tournaments. I was unfortunately forced to stop after a bad knee injury, but I still practice lightly to this day.
