Krishna Kafley

I am a first generation college student in US. I came here in 2010 with my family and since then I am living here in Philadelphia. We all have our own day to day life struggles, I have mine and Joe has his own, but keeping those aside and talking about me: I was a refugee for Eighteen years in Nepal before I came here. Looking back, life wasn't life at all in the refugee camp, I was just alive. Luckily I got an opportunity to resettle here in US. Starting all-over-again here in US at 21 wasn't good experience at all, but it definitely taught me a lot and is been going so far, and I plan not to complain as long as it keeps going. My story isn't different from many peoples' story here in US, but is definitely unique in many perspective and depends on my dreams and aspiration to what it fruits into.
