Hi! My name is Kristen Harrell and I am a student at Elizabeth City State University. I am a transfer junior in social work B.A. I have a four year old son, named Wyatt, who is my world and why I do everything I do. I absolutely find psychology to be interesting and fun to learn about. I am very intrigued with economics and social services. Every single day my motivation is to get my goals completed and start a new one. I am very ambitious and won't stop until I get my dreams.
I am always looking for more opportunities to flourish, such as new job offers, scholarships, internships and community service ❤️

- Career goal
My intended job path includes working with CPS and foster children. I want to make the system better for these children and the families who'd love and dream of adopting. These days, there is so many hurdles and money needed to adopt, and it makes it nearly impossible for these children to find homes of their own. I want to strive to make it much easier and assessable to families and children. I also am a advocate for women's rights.

My hobbies include going to the park with my son, drawing/painting, skateboarding, watching tv, video games, riding bikes and going roller skating! I also love reading and watching documentaries!!
