About

I am someone who values growth, self-awareness, and the continual pursuit of knowledge. My personality is a reflection of both curiosity and resilience—someone who is not afraid to face challenges head-on and learn from every experience. I take pride in my willpower and determination; these qualities have guided me through endeavors that have tested my patience, focus, and resolve.

Over the years, I’ve committed to inner work and reflection, understanding that true growth comes from acknowledging both strengths and areas for improvement. This journey has shaped me into an open-minded individual, willing to explore new ideas, embrace change, and expand my perspective beyond the familiar. I am passionate about learning—not just academically or professionally, but also about life, people, and myself.

What makes me who I am today is a combination of perseverance and adaptability. I’ve faced obstacles that required me to dig deep, trust myself, and make intentional choices that align with my values. Each challenge I’ve overcome has not only strengthened my character but also reinforced my belief that continuous self-improvement and a positive mindset are essential to success.

At my core, I am determined, thoughtful, and ambitious. I approach life with confidence and purpose, always seeking opportunities to grow, connect, and contribute meaningfully. My experiences, my reflections, and my drive are what allow me to move forward with clarity, resilience, and unwavering determination.

Experience

  • Registered behavior technician

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), my daily responsibilities center around implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Each day, I work directly with clients—often children or individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges—providing one-on-one support to teach functional skills, social skills, and communication strategies. I collect and record detailed data on behaviors and progress, ensuring accurate tracking of goals outlined in each client’s individualized plan. My work involves using evidence-based interventions, reinforcing positive behaviors, and addressing challenging behaviors in a safe, consistent manner. I also collaborate with caregivers and families, providing guidance on strategies to support learning and behavior outside of sessions, while maintaining professional documentation and adhering to ethical standards. Each day requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to promoting meaningful skill development and independence for the clients I serve.
