About
My personal mission statement is: People don't know about their own body and therefore their health - even with all the information at their fingertips. I partner with people to teach them what they need to know about their body and health so that they are empowered to take their health into their own hands and live life to the fullest. The way I want to complete this mission statement is to become a Nurse Practitioner (NP). There are certain medications as an NP that I would not be able to prescribe, which is perfect for how I want to help people. My philosophy on health is to do lifestyle changes first, add herbs, supplements and nonsurgical manipulations second, medications third, and surgery as a last resort.
