About
I have always had big dreams but was a teen mother at age 16 and wasnt even sure if I would graduate from high school. I am about to graduate from college in May 22, and continue on with my bachelors in Summer 22 and then on to my masters and my PHD. I want to help youth. My childhood was weird and confusing and high school was some of the worst days of my life. I know how It can feel to go through those doors and Id like to be there to provide support, a listening ear, and resources to teens. I have 4 children now and still go to school full time and work 2 jobs. I am very motivated.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to help youth by counseling them or helping guide them through peer support through the high school years. I would like to help teen mothers deal with the stress that comes with that. I plan to open a non-profit to benefit teens.
- Graduate school interests
I would like to receive my master's in psychology and then my doctorate in philosophy.
- Outside the classroom
I love to read my bible, sing, dance, i do photography and videography, I work with graphics and design media content for social media.

I am a member to the Creative Arts Board in Eddy County NM, I volunteer to help the homeless through the community of hope and I advocate for the homeless and for teens throughout the community. I also advocate for those addicted to drugs and try to help them get into rehabilitation.
