I intend to find a job within the healthcare administrative field that will allow me to utilize my skills and knowledge obtained with my degree at DeVry University. I would especially like to find something along the lines of the policy and procedure portion of healthcare administration at this point. I am eager to obtain my degree and begin my healthcare career, hopefully in a local hospital or doctor's clinic.

At this point, I feel that my undergraduate degree is enough to obtain the position I'm seeking within Healthcare Administration in the rural area that I live in. If I find that I am not able to reach my full potential and job-satisfaction with my degree, I will at least get some experience with the position my degree is able to get me. At that time, I will decide if I feel that it is in my best interest to further my education in order to obtain a higher degree and advance into a better job opportunity.

I greatly enjoyed performing in the State level UIL competitions during high school for our marching and concert band. Since graduation, I have enjoyed some volunteer work in my local community and I have become more involved with being able to support and advertise for my local community's businesses/events. I am an avid movie-lover. I also enjoy spending time outside with my 2 year old son. My husband and I enjoy riding our ATV together on the weekends. We also enjoy hunting and harvesting deer in the fall to provide food for our family year-round.
