It's a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding position. I actively communicate with my supervisors and managers when I run into any issues regarding self-improvement and technological issues. I attend monthly meetings with my supervisor to ensure I meet the company's expectations and to monitor the quality of my customer service.

My name is Leiana Chung and I am a 20-year-old psychology student, currently finishing up my associate's degree at the College of Southern Nevada. I was born and raised in Maui, Hawai'i until the age of eleven when I moved up to Las Vegas, Nevada, and have lived in Las Vegas, Nevada ever since. I am the second eldest of nine siblings.

I intend to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
- Outside the classroom
I live an active lifestyle where I enjoy going to the gym, typically focusing on powerlifting. To complement my physically active lifestyle, I like to cook and try to cook new, delicious dishes to make from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. I like to do some arts and crafts from time to time, like scrapbooking, painting, and drawing. Just to pass the time or set the mood, I like to listen to music.

As a cashier at the Burlington Department Store Company, I maintained a clean and organized store environment by gathering abandoned items, wagons, and hangers. I scanned and bagged all of the customers' items efficiently and neatly to minimize customer wait time. I effectively processed every return and exchange by following the register prompts. I spoke on the benefits of the Burlington Loyalty Program and Credit Card by assisting customers with the application process. I stocked the front-end supplies during open store hours while being available to all guests to answer any questions. Overall, I was on time and efficient in regard to the completion of daily tasks and errands.

As a boutique attendant, I worked with a team of 2+ people to assist homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students to shop for donated clothing, toiletries, non-perishable food, and school supplies. I checked out, on average, 30+ people within 3 hours while completing other tasks. I documented 30+ student data on paper and input their data into the organization's computer system. I answered questions about the organization, related events, and provided people with other information as requested. Overall, I was on time and efficiently completed all of my daily tasks and errands.
