I am Leonardo Williams, Owner and Founder of PHASE III Consulting, a minority achievement focus group. I am the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children. I have taught for 9 years now and recently obtained my Master of Education Leadership at NC Central University. As a member of the Triangle Business Journal's 2013 40 Under 40, I have established partnerships between the Business community and the Education community that promotes effective learning environments for all students.

Education Leadership is a broad path. However, I plan to pursue Principalship with the intentions to one day accomplish Superintendency.
