About
I am currently working full-time for Family Social Services Administration in the State of Indiana. I am currently also attending college full-time at Colorado Technical University. I started attending college less than a year ago in October 2020, and I have earned 46.5 college credits in four short months, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I am scheduled to graduate in July 2023. I am seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources. I have changed my degree to incorporate my love of helping others become the best that they can. I also believe this will help me further my current career as a Learning and Development Specialist.
I have over twenty years experience in management including: restaurant, retail, and specialty management. I am an effective communicator, love a challenge and helping others.

I love being a Learning and Development Specialist; watching others learn and reach goals to be productive and successful employees with all of the tools and skills needed. I believe this will support me as I transition into Human Resources. I want to be part of a company that values and supports their employees, providing opportunities to grow and advance their skills and talents. By doing this I will be able to assist the company with the right people and helping to make the company more profitable.

Once I receive my Bachelor's degree, I plan on going for my Masters in Human Resources.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy crocheting, reading crime novels, completing decoupage projects, spending time with my family and friends and mentoring others to be the best they can.
