About
I have taken honors classes since my freshman year. I have pushed myself by excelling in all of these classes. This year I am taking three college courses including: English 101-102, History 101-102, and AP Calculus. I am fourth in my class and my current GPA is 4.3333. I am currently a senior at Elko High School and I am planning on getting a bachelors degree in elementary education.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on getting a bachelors degree for elementary education. I then plan on teaching third grade. I want to advance my education so that I will be able to advance others education. My ultimate goal is to teach the kids that they can do anything they set their minds to with hard work, determination, and dedication. It brings joy to my heart when I can help someone understand something. To me, it’s a very rewarding and fulfilling job.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently very interested in attending Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. I am interested in Benedictine because it is a small college with a good student to teacher ratio. I also am interested because it is a Catholic college.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies are far and wide! I like to keep busy. I always make sure that I have something going on. Outside from school I enjoy kayaking. Kayaking is a great way to get some fun exercise in! I also like to sing and stay very involved in my church.
