About
My name is Leigh Gagnon, and I am currently attending University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I just completed my freshman year of college, and in the fall I will be a sophomore. I plan on studying abroad in the spring of 2015 at the University of Ulster at the Magee campus which is located in Northern Ireland. My major is Elementary Education with a concentration in Sociology. Helping others and volunteering have always been a passion of mine, which is why my career choice fits me so well. I have my credentials in Early Childhood Education, and plan on using my knowledge about younger children for when I am teaching in my own classroom. I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for me, but I know no matter what teaching is the best career choice for myself.

For Grad School, I plan on attending Michigan State University. They are highly ranked in the country for Elementary Education, and to be able to study there would be a privilege.
