About
I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and grew up in Bixby, Oklahoma with my mom and cat, Skittles. I graduated from Bixby High School in the spring semester of 2016. I took Art and Creative Writing classes along side AP English and Math courses, all of these being my personal favorites. I am currently a Freshman Mechanical Engineering major at the University of Oklahoma. I have a passion for literature, films, mathematics, and the arts in general. In the future I would like to be an engineer, an author, and an artist; I know that sounds like a lot for one person, but for the amount of time that I am here I plan to do as much as I can to impact the world in a positive way through ingenuity and creativity.

Academic Achievement Scholarship
I was given this scholarship as a reward from OU for maintaining good grades in high school.

American Airlines Scholarship
I had the opportunity of applying for this scholarship because my mother is an American Airlines flight attendant. My application was selected as one of two hundred winners out of over two thousand applicants.

Bixby Optimist Club Scholarship
I was awarded this scholarship through the Bixby Educational Endowment Foundation. This organization collects sponsored scholarships from the Bixby community and allows Bixby High School seniors to apply for them.

Presidential Community Scholars Scholarship
As a distinguished member of PCS I am awarded this yearly scholarship.

Tulsa Engineering Foundation Scholarship
My high school notified me of this scholarship and I applied and was selected as one of the three winners. I attended the awards ceremony with my mother and listened to inspiring speakers before I was called to the stage to accept my award certificate.
Goals and interests
- Outside the classroom
When I am not studying or volunteering I like to read, write stories and poetry, watch Game of Thrones and anime, sketch, and ponder lengthy thought processes.
