Lyane Nannette is a dedicated and forward-thinking professional with over 17 years of experience in women’s health, training and development, and 7 years in disaster recovery case management and community engagement. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management at Purdue University, with plans to complete a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology by the end of 2026. A proud member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Lyane has demonstrated unwavering commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and community service.

With a passion for empowering underserved communities and supporting long-term recovery, Lyane is working toward launching her own organizational development company. Her firm will specialize in small business development, compliance training, and strategic resource planning to help entrepreneurs grow sustainably and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
