The demand in healthcare services is increasing because of the aging of the United States (US) population, resulting from a longer life expectancy and the legion of baby boomers is about to increase the need for quality healthcare. Therefore, America’s hospital and other institutions need more talented and highly trained personnel to help achieve the clinical and operational improvements that are central to every healthcare organization.
