Marlon Acuna

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Post University, where I have maintained a 4.0 cumulative GPA and earned admission to the Post University Honors Program. In recognition of my academic performance, I was named to the President's List and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence.

As part of my Honors studies, I received a Certificate of Excellence in MGT200 Honors for outstanding academic achievement and dedication to leadership development. My educational journey reflects my determination to continuously learn, grow, and apply knowledge in meaningful ways.

Professionally, I bring more than 15 years of experience in logistics, operations, leadership, and customer service. I founded and managed successful business operations, including overseeing teams of up to 85 employees. My experience includes operations management, process improvement, workforce leadership, customer relations, and business development.

Beyond academics and professional accomplishments, I am committed to community service and leadership. I have participated in projects supporting animal welfare and community engagement, including organizing a pet food drive to benefit animals in need.

As an adult learner returning to higher education, I am dedicated to using my education to strengthen my leadership skills, expand my business knowledge, and create opportunities that positively impact others. My long-term goal is to combine my academic achievements, professional experience, and passion for service to build successful organizations and contribute meaningfully to my community and industry.
