I am a Retail to Business Specialist with the top wireless carrier in the country; though my role is sales, I am leader, a critical thinker, a motivator, a team player, and I evolve and adapt well to various and new changes.

My role involves multiple roles combined into one in which I successfully achieve on a daily basis. - Customer service involves providing our guests w/outstanding service day in and day out and taking ownership of his or her guess experience
- Salesmanship involves selling with integrity and providing solutions, products and/or services
- Leadership involves leading my team into successfully overachieving goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Training involves training my team on new products and/or services, along with new and different selling techniques

I am passionate about technology and the impact it has on our society. I am a multi-linguist of the technology driven business; I currently speak trainer, salesperson, marketer, manager, and difficult client.
