Mary Peterson

I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Community Development. My experience in studying community building lead me to understand how much education can make a difference in individuals and a communities well being. I have always had an interest in reading and literature but now I understood how I could use these interested to benefit a community and build a career. My education though Clarion has helped to prepared me for the aspects of running a community library. I currently live in the Philadelphia area and one day would like to be a library director of a community library in this area.
