Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to apply to medical school where I will go on to specialize in a field of my interest that will hopefully develop after my rigorous studies in medical school. If this path does not work out it is not the end of the world, I will complete the Registered Dietitian program to become a RDN . A RDN is a professional in areas of complex issues surrounding food and nutrition. The demand for these experts is expected in increase by 20% from 2010 to 2020, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested in completing a Dietetic Internship (DI) with an included Master's degree. If not this route, I would love to stay in College Station to complete my Master's Degree at Texas A&M University.
- Outside the classroom
I love to do anything outdoors including fishing, camping, hunting, and constructing bonfires with much precision.
I also enjoy working out and relaxing on my couch when I have the time.
