About

I have alsways had a passion for taking taking care of ppl and I have always wanted to be a nurse. I started my journey in 2011 with an associate degree in applied science with medical assistant certification however I can get to LPN halfway and was unable to completed the clinical portion of the program but still graduated with my AD in applied science. I started as an STNA after graduation and realized that this was my passion! Life happened and I went through some rough times. I was homeless for almost 2 years living here and there and it was an experience that I did not want to ever have to relive. I was given a chance to turn my life around I got a job within walking distance of my mothers house (yes I went back home) and I worked to get my self back on my feet. I got a car I got a little place around the corner from my moms. About 3 months later, I got an even bigger place because my son wanted to come back to live with me. I ended up getting a better job and enrolled myself into LPN school and I completed the program at the top of my class!!! I have been a nurse going on 8 months in November and I couldn’t be more happy… I am not done. I will be RN in 2025 and I am wanting to continue to my masters.
