I am currently working full-time and studying Computer Science at Franklin University. I work with structured cabling and in data center environments, so I get to see a part of the technology that most people do not think about. That experience has made me want to learn more about networking, computers, and cybersecurity. After I finish my degree, I would like to transition from hands-on cabling work to an IT or technology position where I can apply what I have learned in school.

After I finish my bachelor’s degree, I may go to graduate school. I am still figuring out exactly what I want to study, but I am interested in cybersecurity and other areas of information technology. I want to keep building my skills and see where my education and work experience can take me. Eventually, I hope to have a position where I can do more than the hands-on work I do today.
