About

Professional qualifications include demonstrated leadership, superior work habits, strong analytical and excellent problem solving, and planning abilities. I have frequently had the opportunity to use my clinical nursing, organizational, and leadership abilities by producing successful outcomes that meet and exceed deadlines and expectations, while also achieving results that has improved organizational structure and reimbursement.
I enjoy the challenges, responsibilities and goal attainments involved in my work by applying my capabilities towards helping patients and their families define and achieve healthcare goals. I also have proven and effective public speaking and presentation skills that I am routinely called upon to use both professionally and academically.
I enjoy educating and mentoring colleagues as well as motivating others to work collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively.
Academically, I have enjoyed pursuing a graduate degree in the Masters of Nursing Administrator at the University of Texas at Arlington. Working on many complex projects has enhanced my ability to understand research and evidenced based practice in nursing science as well as the integration of strategic planning, advanced leadership principles, and the role of a nurse educator.
I look forward to continuing academic and professional excellence. I also look forward to the application of academic concepts to real-life situations bringing solutions to complex situations.
