  • Concession Stand Lead

As the Concession Stand Lead at Lumen Field, I led a dynamic team during high-profile events such as football games, soccer matches, and concerts. Positioned just below the supervisor, my role was to ensure the concession stand operated efficiently. The team I managed usually included 7 to 9 cashiers, 1 to 3 cooks, and 1 to 3 runners. My duties were diverse, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational efficiency. I also controlled inventory levels, guaranteeing that stock was properly maintained and matched with projected sales, thus reducing waste and maximizing the use of resources. This required careful planning and coordination, particularly during events with high attendance and variable demand. Leadership and team management were essential aspects of my job. I provided direction and support to my team members, making sure they were equipped and motivated, which contributed to seamless service and customer satisfaction.
