Working to get a Bachelor's in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. As a designer I aim to be able to communicate with others. To create a message that others can understand and one that means something to more then one individual.

As an artist I create media artworks, photography, drawings, and sculptures. By exploring language on a meta-level, I make work that deals with the documentation of events and the question of how they can be presented and challenged. My work tries to express this by the use of different mediums and points of view, but not by telling a story or creating a metaphor. My media artworks focus on the inability of communication which is used to visualize reality, the attempt of dialogue, the dissonance between form and content, and the dysfunctions of language. In short, the lack of clear references are key elements in the work. By studying sign processes, signification and communication, I try to approach a wide scale of subjects in a multi-layered way. I also like to involve the viewer in a way that is sometimes physical and believes in the idea of function following form in a work, along with relying on the viewer to come with their own interpretation.
