About

Hello! My name is Nathaniel O, but most people call me Nato. I attended Abington Senior High School and graduated with honors. I stayed in the area and was accepted to the University of the Sciences' Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, which became a part of St. Joseph's University in Spring 2022. In my Fall 2021 semester, I started a double major in pharmaceutical sciences and biophysics. After I attend graduate school for a PhD in either pharmaceutical sciences or medical physics, I plan to work either in the pharmaceutical industry or in a hospital as a medical physicist. I also am thinking about pursuing a teaching certification later in life. I want to share my love for the sciences with the youth of future generations by teaching at a high school, giving back to my community.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to work either in the pharmaceutical industry in a CRO or CDMO, or to work in a hospital as a medical physicist. This all depends on which path I decide on for my graduate education, but I would enjoy a career in either option. Something in the future that I might consider is going back for a teaching degree and becoming a high school teacher. I want to give back to my community and cultivate a love for the sciences among the future youth.

Graduate school interests

After I complete my undergraduate education, I plan to attend graduate school for my PhD in either Medical Physics or Pharmaceutical Sciences

Outside the classroom

My hobbies include recording music, watching anime and reading manga, playing video games and chess, and exercising
