About
Coming from a military family, I bring a deep sense of dedication and discipline to my criminal justice and education work. I take great pride in approaching every task with a personal touch and a commitment to excellence. This foundation has shaped my values and work ethic, driving me to consistently deliver high-quality results. I am excited to showcase my diverse skill set and experiences as I pursue new academic and professional opportunities.
I recently completed my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Azusa Pacific University. I am proud to hold an Associate of Arts degree in Sign Language Studies from Chaffey Community College of Rancho Cucamonga, California. I am an afterschool educator and talent acquisitionist for a third-party education company. In the company, I have utilized my skills and education with the Alto Saxophone and harmonica to teach children music theory and instruments from kindergarten to high school. I also assist students academically who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. During my classes, I advocate for their education as well as their mental and emotional health by creating “check-in” forms that challenge them academically while attempting to develop a more vital trust and bond with my students.
When I am not studying for school, with my family, or working with my students, I take great pride in my diverse range of hobbies. As an avid woodworker, I find solace in creating bespoke pieces that blend functionality with aesthetics. In the realm of crafting, I enjoy exploring various techniques and materials to bring imaginative ideas to life. Moreover, the art of cooking serves as a form of relaxation and allows me to explore new culinary horizons.
