About

All my life I have always loved food. As I was growing up, I have always been a chubby kid and I had struggled with my weight. When I was approaching to my teens, I have vowed to ditch my bad diet and decided to exercise HARD. My newly adopted lifestyle gradually became an obsession and I had lost a huge amount of weight. This one article on a soup kitchen in the newspaper changed how I see food. Instead of being so calorie obsessed, I should just be grateful and not wasteful with food. Now, I am proud to say that I am healthier than I was in my teens. Part of the reason why I have chosen Dietetics is to educate people on a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
